Where do I enter a discount code?

-On the way to checkout.

 

Where is your company from/located?

- Acacia Lily is located in Los Angeles. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

- The speed of receiving your order can depends on the location your order is being shipped to. After your order is processed, shipping usually takes 1-4 business days in the U.S. and 7+ days for International.  

 

Do we get a tracking number after we order?

- Yes, all orders include tracking. It will automatically be sent to your email you provide us with during checkout, you can track your order directly at our site. 

 

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

- You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another when your order is on it's way along with tracking.

 

How can I pay?

We currently accept PayPal and credit card payments, also you do not need a PayPal account to pay.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

- Unfortunately once you place your order it cannot be changed after. All orders are handcrafted/handmade once you order, so it is unlikely for us to cancel/change an order, but in some cases we can, just email us at Orders@AcaciaLily.com and we will be sure to help you out. So please make sure you spend some time browsing and order the correct items that you want.

 

Can I refund or exchange my order?

- In some cases we will allow refunds, up to 14 days, just make sure to message us and we will be glad to assist you. In most cases for simple situations we do not accept returns as all of our items is handcrafted/handmade to order. In the rare case that we do issue a refund, shipping is excluded. Once it is shipped out, we cannot take responsibility if it is damaged, lost or delayed.

 

 - Can I shower with any of my jewelry on?

Our jewelry is not waterproof. Please take care of them well and try not to shower, swim or exercise with them on.

 

What happens if I typed the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at Support@Acacialily.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

 

Taxes & Duties:

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

 

Return Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. If the problem is with us you can return the product for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
